International Carrier Business & A2P Messaging department is now looking for a Business Support Manager.
A2P is a central Tele2 Group function within International Voice, Roaming, & A2P department which is a part of Tele2 Group Shared Operations. The team deals with all commercial, business and product related aspects of Tele2 Group A2P Business and is acting as a hub and a clearing house for the group’s SMS traffic.

As the A2P Business Support Manager you will be expected to oversee the daily operations of an A2P business and contribute to development of products & solutions within this area. It is expected that you demonstrate a high level of expertise in the areas of A2P messaging.
This will be a cross-functional role and will involve supporting of the Account and Routing Managers. It will require contact with vendors and Tele2 affiliates and establishing a good relationship with them in order to progress the business.
As an A2P Business Support Manager you are expected to have in-depth understanding of the nature of the messaging environment, A2P messaging business, SMS routing, routes quality and the related commercial, technical and financial aspects. You will also be working with SMS-IW agreements and actively evaluate competitive routes in terms of price and quality. In your roll you will be charged with the responsibility for coordinating systems involving technical, statistical and informational base of the business.
You will report to the Head of International Carrier Business.

* Degree in Technical Subjects or its equivalent
* Several years of hands on experience in the A2P SMS environment
* Technical support experience
* A curious mind, strong analytical skills, with problem solving capabilities
* Result and Solution oriented
* SS7 knowledge
* English Proficiency, Swedish is a merit
* Computer Proficiency (Microsoft Office), MySQL is a merit
* Strong analytical, time management, problem solving, prioritization and planning skills
* Able to work independently in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Knowledge in Python/Java/other programming language
* Able to multitask
* Strong ability in business support role
* Expertise in the use of modern technologies
