I need a Compensation & Benefit Specialist, an expert who can support our leaders and HRBPs giving guidance and strategic advise within the area. I need your experience and bold ideas to develop a sustainable compensation philosophy and a competitive and smart compensation and benefits package – all in line with our culture and values.
The goal is of course to retain and attract the best and I believe that by monitoring needs and working with insights, analyzing data and do research into best practices this function is going to be a really important piece of that puzzle.
