Tele 2 is currently implementing an agile working flow with focus on creating autonomous teams in charge of a specific part of the customer journey. The setup is based on the Tribe setup developed by Crisp and Spotify and offers a more iterative and explorative workflow.

…The UX design team of Tele2 and Comviq is growing and we are in need of more great talent.
We are a fairly new department that was formed last year. Since then, we have redesigned the online sales channel, optimized the checkout flows, worked on the digital corporate identity for both Tele2 and Comviq and much more.
Our team is humble, lean and ambitious. Our guiding principles are; Data-driven, functional, usable and desirable. Our ambition is to learn, grow and become better as individuals and as a team. The way we do it is by reflection, retros, openness and clear individual- and group goals that we help each other to achieve.
We also have a buddy system to help us learn from each other and prevent the projects being isolated rather share the knowledge. Since we are still growing and defining our team, we are constantly challenging and improving our process.
