Tele2 IoT are now looking for an IoT Bid Manager. Are you the person we are looking for?
Currently we are looking for a Bid Manager who wants to join our Bid Team and work with large and complex deals in the area within IoT!
This is the job:
Bid and Pricing Management is a part of the Tele2 IoT team and you will be responsible for the commercial part of our major deals, responsible for revenue assurance and that we deliver on our values that are a crucial part of Tele2´s DNA. You will be given the task to orchestrate the bidding teams where you will get help from all internal resources needed to answer the bid. You will also be given the task to answer on some of the areas in these offers.
As a Bid manager you will also have the role to drive improvements connected to our bid process to ensure that we increase our chances to win the right deals.
This is what you have:
- You are a civil engineer or civil economist with 3-5 years of Bid Management experience
- You are experienced in both private and public tenders
- You are a great project leader with high structural capabilities
- Solution oriented and creative
- Experience in M2M / IoT beneficial but not qualifying
- Self-driven, hungry and results-oriented
- Positive and optimistic attitude
- Creative and innovative approach to challenges and problems
- Cooperates and collaborates well with others
- Leads from the front and by example
- Have a business- and sales-oriented view of technology and not the other way around
- Collected and organized under pressure
You must be able to take decisions on the fly and are comfortable in a work environment where dealing with changes are a big part of the daily work. Being a challenger and coaching people must be part of your natural way of working
Fluent in English both in oral and writing is mandatory. Good knowledge in German is an advantage.
